7 Juices for 7 Days!

 

Drinking green juice daily has become a staple in my nutrition. It started off as something which I embarked on for detoxing benefits and mainly to ensure that I still met my daily vegetable requirements and the results far exceed my expectations!

They are jam-packed with many nutrients and come with multiple health benefits for overall health. Namely:

1. Healthier Skin
I’ve noticed a considerable change in my skin and mainly because they contain high levels of antioxidants, including vitamins C and E. These toxins are known to help remove really harmful toxins which help remove acne keeping your skin really healthy and youthful!

2. Improved Energy Levels
They are rich in essential nutrients and provides quick absorption which gives you the necessary energy boost to tackle your day and bonus, you won’t suffer from a late afternoon crash unlike most synthetic stimulants available such as caffeine.

3. It assists with detoxification
Green vegetables such broccoli are known to improve phase II detoxification in the liver. Your liver will be better able to flush out toxins out of your body.

4. Nutrients Dense
They are a great source of amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein which is important if one of your fitness goals is to build muscle.

1. Cucumber Spirulina Juice
– 1 cucumber
– 2 cups of baby spinach
– 2 tablespoons of spirulina
– 2 celery sticks
– Half a cup of water
– Half a lemon

2. Spinach Cucumber Juice
– 1 cucumber
– 2 fresh cups of spinach
– 2 lemons peeled
– Fresh ginger
– Half an apple

3. Spinach & Pineapple
– 2 cups of baby spinach
– ¼ pineapple
– ½ cucumber
– 1 lime
– ¼ mint

4. Kiwi & Spinach
– 1 apple
– 2 kiwis
– 2 cups of baby spinach
– ½ cucumber
– ½ lime

5. Broccoli & berries
– 3 cups of broccoli
– 1 fresh cup of berries
– ½ lime
– ½ Cucumber
– Ginger

6. Spinach and pineapple
– 3 cups of spinach
– ½ cucumber
– Pineapple
– Lemon
– Ginger

7. Beet Apple Chard
– 1 beet
– 1 apple
– ½ cucumber
– 3 Swiss chard leaves
– Parsley

    Hi Juanita! Do we just make them with those ingredients only? What about the yoghurt and water/ice?
